Hey,
I am new to R and need some help with an additional package called RSAGA. I don't really understand how i set my rsaga.env, I don't really understand whats the deal with "path" and "modules", do not even know if i have installed the package correct either.
Like
myenv=rsaga.env(workspace=work_dir,
path="....????",
modules="...??")

The RSAGA package is no longer under active development and Rsagacmd is recommended. The package website describes the new package in a way that makes me think that setup does not require any special configuration aside from the separate, non-R SAGA-GIS software.
The package appears to find the installation of SAGA-GIS on its own.
