Hello,
I have created an R Markdown document with an html output, and would now like to host the html file on an internal SharePoint site. I'm able to upload the html file to a SharePoint Document Library, however, when I open the html file, the entire cascading navigation toc on the left is missing, as well as all of the images (jpg), and interactive ggplot2 visualizations.
I would greatly appreciate any insight if someone has come across this issue.
