Hi, I am trying to make boxplots for the different types of voice assistants in R but I always get this error -->

This is my spreadsheet that I made in Excel, and next to it are the averages that I came up with based on a survey that I did [*small part of it].
R will normally assume 2,5 is a character string, for better interpretation 'as number' a decimal point is preferred. i.e. 2.5
I mean for your raw data, I assume you loaded your excel file into R, and relied on R's interpretation of the text seen in the excel
