How Can I Customize RStudio IDE

Hi, recently I used colab to use python.

and I found awesome features : Cat and Dog are walking on header!!!

I interested on this, and wanted to try on RStudio IDE too. Even might be very and very challenge for me.

I googled for customize RStudio IDE theme and I think It provides only customize for color themes.

Is it possible to customize the RStudio toolbar to add custom buttons?

Is there an easy way to add custom buttons to the R GUI to do some specific tasks? For example, imagine that I want to add the two buttons (green and yellow) you can see on the image below. Then I want to associate one different function to each of them. The first function will print out on the console: "Hello" and the second function will print out: "World". Is this possible? Thanks! Anyway, I just wonder what or how should I approach to solve this problem?

My ultimate goal is create R package to change theme with Cat but not Dog.
