How can i upload my existing R studio cloud project to git repo ?

I found the answer here: 4.9 How to stage, commit, and push to Github using RStudio Server | Introduction to Computational and Data Sciences
It's the same as if you were working from R Studio Server. There is a "Git" tab in the upper right window and that will lead you there.
The only part that wasn't entirely straightforward was that I needed to create a Github token, which then acts as your password after it asks you for your username.
