What should I do if I want to try Quarto in RStudioCloud?

Nothing specific. It is available in your new project once you create it.

You can easily create a quarto document to render
image

You can also create a new quarto project if needed.

So in short, Quarto is available by default in RStudio Cloud. Did you try already ?
