How to call R script from description file?

Hi,
I am very new to R and I am trying to call an R file from a description file of R studio.

I have a package that is dependent on other packages. so when a user downloads my package from R studio package manager I want to call an R script which will download the dependencies before installation.

So to specify that in the description file which is called to install the R package.
