How to compare two functional curves in R

Hi,

I use the fda package to do some functional data analysis. I have 10 functional curves and smoothing with roughness penalty. Any ideas on how to compare these curves to see whether they are statistically different and how to do that in R?

I am sure that many people on this forum can help; however, you need to provide more information. You could provide a reproducible code that performs your analysis and plots the functional curves you are referring to.
