Hello, I'm in search of a package (or solution) to take an (R)markdown document and visualize the different levels as an interactive diagram such as a mindmap. I have seen a similar feature as a VS Code extension and community plugin for Obsidian.
I found mindr that seems to work okay, but I can't find good documentation of options for customization.
As an alternative, going from markdown to a table of "from -> to" relationships would give ben enough of what I need to pass into a more mature visualization tool (e.g., igraph).
Any suggestions?
