How to create an visualization of the metabolic network in Flux balance Analysis using Igraph Package ?

Hi,

I'm working in the flux Balance Analysis (FBA) and i would like to create a Visualization of the reaction set as metabolic network like the one in the attachment file but i didn't success.

I used the function graph.formula in the igraph Package without success.

Please can some one guide me to get an issue ?
