How to create/ where to find pour points?

I have not been able to find information describing what a 'pour point' is, in regards to conducting a watershed analysis.

How do I find/make pour points in order to complete the Watershed analysis? Is there a way to calculate it from the stream network map or flow accumulation/direction? Or where do I find such data for a specific study area?
