how to deploy a bookdown book inside a blogdown website

I have a blogdown website (one github repo) where I would like to publish a book produced via bookdown (another repo).
The book will produce both a PDF and a HTML version that I would like to embed, i.e. inherit header+navigation/footer from the website

Has anybody any idea how that could be achieved (if ever possible)?

I have the same question and would love any suggestions! I can build the bookdown part separately and push the html files to the netlify URL. But as @espinielli says, it doesn't embed correctly, and the front page (index.html) doesn't have the correct links or the table of contents.
