How to extract metadata into two columns from .mzML file

Hi, I am trying to use a package within Bioconductor called autotuner.

I need to have two inputs for the Autotuner package, 1) my MS data, and 2) the metadata for that file, and the metadata needs to be in two column format. Here is a screenshot of some of the example data from the Autotuner tutorial. Unfortunately, I am using a different data format than the example, and I'm a total R noobie.

So, how do I extract the metadata from my mzML files, and how do I get it into a format that Autotuner will accept? Any help would be awesome.
