How to find structural breaks in whole data

Hi, this is my data:
www.policyuncertainty.com/media/All_Daily_Policy_Data.csv

https://economicpolicyuncertaintyinchina.weebly.com/uploads/1/2/2/7/122762465/cnepu_daily_14_apr_2020_updated.xlsx
my task is to find (if there are any) structural breaks in both data sets. Can someone help?
I used function breakpoints, but it didn't work

I think this is a little amigious; can you describe what a structural break is and how someone manually looking at the data would spot them ?

I'm not keen on downloading your Excel files to inspect the data, but, assuming they are time series, one option would be to use the bcp function from the package of the same name to perform Bayesian change point analysis. See the documentation here.
