How to fix outputs on the dashboard body?

I started a new dashboard but i am not good at html and css. When I clicked sidebar toggle on header or changed page size, location of the outputs always change. I want to fix locations sticky on the body. How can I do this?

For example, I put a wellPanel to the right in first image. After then, If dashboard body size changes, it slides to the left.
