I am having trouble getting my dataset into the appropriate format required for the UpsetR Shiny app. I have converted my datafile into csv format but it is still not working and would greatly appreciate any help or advice. I am very new to using UpsetR and am still learning on how to use it. I have provided a snapshot of what my dataset looks like in R but it is still not sufficient and does not compare to the movies file that the UpsetR developers use as an example. I have also provided the script for how I upload my data.
