how to mount an application on my shiny server

I need to mount my shiny application on this server to be able to use it from the internet with a custom domain. at the time of mounting the application I get this error

ERROR: An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification.

Follow the error message's advice and check the logs to get a clue of what is going on, you can find the logs on this path /var/log/shiny-server.
