how to obtain MSI files from old versions of R, Rstudio and Rtools

Hey all,

I have an application thats working on R5.3.1 that uses a lot of Bioconductor packages (specific to R5.3.1).
Currently i am in the progress of making an installer that should automatically install Rstudio, R5.3.1 and Rtools but i do not have a lot of rights on the PC's i am working on.
I can only find an EXE version that will not work for me in a installer, an MSI would be much easier.

Could someone tell me where to find MSI's for old versions of R?
And how to get MSI's for Rstudio and Rtools?
