How to perform same function for multiple data sets?

I'm VERY new to R so maybe there's an easy way to do this, not sure. I find myself writing the same function for multiple data sets (they range 2-4 columns, 40-50 rows). For example:

head(dataset1)
head(dataset2)
head(dataset3)

Is there a way to combine this in one line?

Your exact use case will vary - I imagine you're not frequently only printing some dataframes to console!
