how to produce pdf-latex file by knitr

I tried to make a pdf result by using knitr. but it cannot show the result.
I tuned the options of tools (sweave) by knitr, pdflatex, sumatra .
the error message is given below:
Could you let me know why i cannot make a pdf file?

You do expect wonders from the RStudio Community, aren’t you:
just specify the output and let us determine the input.

It is not clear what you want to achieve but maybe the article
Produce LaTeX from Rmarkdown gives you some ideas.
