That's a good question! It sounds to me like you are looking for the rsconnect package. I haven't used it for this purpose, but some of the function names seem to suggest that it will fit the ticket. If you end up with a working example, it might be helpful to come back here and share so other users can benefit from your exploration as well! (Just be sure to strip out any sensitive info, of course)
