How to reduce or prune the tree using ctree?

Dear R Community members,
I used the "ctree" for decision tree analysis for a classification problem. The number of variables used are around 20 and the tree obtained is a long one and the tree chart visualization is also clumsy. So, how to reduce the number of nodes and also obtaine a good visualization of the tree chart while using the "ctree". Looking forward to seeing a solution.
