How to reset scale to remove negative severity parameters?

I am using R studio to run psychometric analysis using Rasch model to test a scale. The output contains severity parameters (item response theory) however some have negative values. Does someone know how to add a constant to get rid of the negative parameters? What commands I should use? Thank you very much
