How to select every second column from an excel file

Hi,
I am having a bit of a problem with a big dataset. For my work I need to select every second column from an excel file. I need column B (to be able to differantiate measurements), and starting from the H or 8th column with a step of two (8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, etc.) until the CV column or in other words the 100th column.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
