How to share archive with Rstudio cloud and my local drive？

Dear all

Does anybody know could I share a .RData or .Rproj file with Rstidio cloud and my local software？
It will be very helpful and convenience if this possible.

The easiest way is likely checking it into GitHub, or another Git/SVN repository.
