how to - sticky/affix navbar

Hi everyone,

I hope you are doing well. I am trying to build dashboard using this code (https://github.com/cran/beanz/tree/master/inst/shiny) but I am not familial with CSS and js code. From this code i don't need to hide the navibar when I scroll down the continent. How Can I achieve this please. I need something like this https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_navbar_sticky.asp
