How to Upload files through plumber API (xlsx/csv)

Hi Team,

Exploring the things in R , am from java background .
I want to call a model through plumber API . I have written a plumber API which should accept xlsx/csv file from my local directory and run the model .When i am specifying the path of my loacal directory to read the csv file as input . throwing 404 Error server not accessible .
Can any one help me on this . Its bit critical to my project .
