How to use Neural Prophet In R with Modeltime and tidymodels Package

Is there a package for implementing Neural Prophet in R? I found this other thread R Package for Neural Prophet Facebook

and Max says there are two functions but I do not see them. I only see a Prophet and the ARNET model included. Now Neural Prophet is a fusion and I am not sure if what he meant was we need to manually combine them in the proper way. Any one done this already or know where to look?
