Trouble installing the latest R update for MAC 12.06
Install R 4.3.1 for macOS(ARM64)
gets error R.4.3.1 for macOS(ARM64) can't be installed on this computer.
I am currently running R 4.3.0.
I have tried downloading it from two different cran sites
I think the problem is that you have an intel Mac. For this the program to download is:
R-4.3.1-x86_64.pkg.
You cannot install the ARM64 version on an Intel mac.
