I don't think you read Welcome to the RStudio Community .
As I understand that entry, the community is not a forum for dropping tasks and expect them to be done by others.
If you have a definite question I am sure that visitors of the forum are willing to help you out.
Personally, I am wondering why you need a graph for this data?
