I want to produce a Final Report in R Markdown without showing how I did it. No Code Chucks, No # Sings.
Just the report Text + Visuals & Tables.
Other resources like Tableau etc. let me do that I just do not how to do it in R

Maybe this works for you. This is the standard Rmd template for html with an adapted setup chunk:

knitr::opts_chunk$set(echo = FALSE,comment = '')
```

When you click the **Knit** button a document will be generated that includes both content as well as the output of any embedded R code chunks within the document. You can embed an R code chunk like this:

plot(pressure)
```

Note that the `echo = FALSE` parameter was added to the code chunk to prevent printing of the R code that generated the plot.
