install MuMIn do not work

Hi community !
I am a very new R user... and I have some trouble with the installation of "MuMIn" package !
The error message is Installation du package dans ‘C:/Users/Paul/Documents/R/win-library/3.6’
(car ‘lib’ n'est pas spécifié)

I do not understand, because I have a pretty recent R version ?
Can someone help me please?

This error could be from an Internet connectivity issue with your R installation.
Do you have a proxy to configure ?
