even when I try install "bibliometrix " package from within my computer I get this error
I cant access cran either
what should I do?
How are you installing your packages currently? Locally from source? When you say you can't access CRAN,. do you mean you can't install from CRAN as a policy (due to work restrictions, etc.), or that you can't access CRAN currently?
RISmed is on CRAN, as is bibliometrix.
It's very likely that this is related with your other question
