Installing on opensuse

Hello, I am trying to install opensuse rpm, using Yast, onto Leap 15.4. I've tried downloading three times, even though the SHA256 hash matches, but I see an error:

Error: INVALID:rstudio-2022.12.0+353-1.x86_64 (file-6dbe58d6): Signature verification failed [4-Signatures public key is not available]

I wonder if I am doing something wrong? I guess it is expecting to be installed from a repository but there does not seem to be one that I can find
