installing R on MacOS M2 chip

hi I have been trying to download r studio on my Mac with m2 chip. I keep receiving the error: error reading r script (),system error 2 (No such file or directory; unable to find libR.diylib in expected locations within Home Directory/Library/Frameworks/R.framework/resources. I saw a previous person message the Rstudio community about this error but the solution still hasn't worked on my laptop. can anyone help?

RStudio is an IDE for the R programming language but it doesn't come with R bundled, you have to install it separately. You can download an installer for Apple silicon from here
