Interfacing with Google Cloud?

Hi, I'm investigating using Google Cloud BigQuery and RStudio to build a public cloud-based bioinformatics platform. I'm wondering if RStudio Cloud (RSC) itself runs on Google Cloud? IIUC this would mean it may be possible to set up instances of RSC and BigQuery in the same region and get free and fast data transfer?

My goal is to make it as easy as possible for users - so if they can just use RStudio Cloud and have fast/free data transfer, it'd be a big win IIUC.

At this time, RStudio Cloud runs exclusively on Amazon Web Services.
