Is "R inferno" good for a beginner?

I am a beginner with R. I am looking for a good guide about the best practices in R.
Is "R inferno" a good reading? Do you know a better one?

It depends on what you want to get out of learning R, but I would say https://r4ds.had.co.nz/ is probably a better text for a beginner.

This is not to say that "R inferno" is too complicated or you don't need to read it, just that you'll probably appreciate it more after spending some time actually writing R code.
