The release notes for 2022.12.0+353 RStudio Release Notes - RStudio say nothing about updating to electron UI for RStudio, figured this would be News worthy. I tried search for other release notes to see if I missed this announcement but found nothing.

As linked above, the previous version of RStudio had an Electron version available as a preview, but this is indeed the first stable build that uses it! Most end users don't care about the rendering engine; though; we hope that the change is transparent (except for some performance and stability improvements).

This version does not start RStudio maximized. Every time I start RStudio, I have to maximize it.
