Is there a way to track usage time in Rstudio IDE?

Hi there,

I'd like to track my time spent coding more closely. I've seen tools such as WakaTime or ActivityWatch for tracking time when using IDEs, but unfortunately RStudio isn't supported there.

Is anyone here aware of a time/usage tracker that works with RStudio somehow? Ideally, I'd like to know how much time I spent writing code on each R project or .R or .Rmd files.
