issues with dev.off()

Hi, I am having the same problem as here: Error in dev.off() : cannot shut down device 1 (the null device), except that even after restarting RStudio, I still get the same error message of:
Error in dev.off() : cannot shut down device 1 (the null device)

I have updated RStudio and still the problem persists.
