Knit function problems with installation

Please help I have a test tommorrow. My professor sent me the scripts and I cannot even open them because "knit" doesn't work.
It says I need to download some stuff but when I click "yes" the download fails

Please help and try to explain in the easiest way possible because I have never worked with R

For installing packages into that folder you need to run RStudio as "Administrator".
