Hello,

I'm having difficulty creating an output file from my Markdown script. I am reading in a rather large data file in the Markdown script (582 mb) which I am assuming might be the problem?

I only perform 3 mutates and thereafter I get it to plot with ggplot. The script runs but it goes on almost indefinitely to compile via KnitR. Is there some way to circumvent this or to adjust while working with a larger file? Is it in fact the larger file?

You can try looking into the cache option within the R code chunk that creates your plot.
