- rmarkdown Latest release We are proud to share that rmarkdown (Dynamic Documents for R • rmarkdown) version 2.7 is on CRAN. rmarkdown is a package that helps you create dynamic documents that combine code, rendered output (such as figures), and markdown-formatted text.
