Legend of geom_tile() isn't showing the last break value

So I'm trying to make a heatmap with geom_tile and I'm getting a problem with my legend. I put in breaks from 2 to -2 by 1, and the legend displays the values -1 through 2, but isn't displaying the -2 at the bottom. How can I fix this?

In your data, it looks like fill values range from -1.96 to 2.09. Therefore, in your plot legend, the color extends a little beyond 2 and doesn't quite drop to -2. Try adding the following line to your ggplot.
