Listing names from a column without them repeating themself

Hi!

I am pretty new to Rstudio, and currently working on a school assignment.

I'm trying to print or list the names of a variable in a column, and I´ve tried the select(species) for the dataset, but it repeats all of the species, and I would like it to only list each species once. How can I do this? :))
