I know many global settings for RStudio Server can be found on Linux in the file ~/.rstudio/monitored/user-settings/user-settings, and at first glance, it seems as though project-level settings can be found in the project's .Rproj file. However, project settings from the "Git/SVN" page are not stored in the .Rproj file. Where is this information located?
Projects contain a hidden .Rproj.user folder, wherein project state is typically stored. The layout of this folder is similar to the ~/.rstudio folder, with some extra indirection for different user IDs (which are kept and stored internally).
