Is there any way to login in to RStudio with two methods:
- username
& - username@rstudio.com
Do I need change any thing on configuration file?
some thing similar to Gitlab: allow_username_or_email_login: true

It's a great question though!! It is possible for this to work, although it depends heavily on your authentication mechanism and in most cases, will not be possible out of the box, unfortunately.
Which authentication mechanism are you using?
