- I reinstalled several times R and RStudio
- I did reboot my Macbook

- R Version: 4.0.5

Thank you! I found a solution, I ran this command : /Applications/RStudio.app/Contents/MacOS/RStudio --run-diagnostics
And the problem was that I had installed R in a root folder
