MacOs, The R session process exited with code 1.

I saw a couple previous posts regarding this issue, but no one was able to provide a fix or really any information on what steps to take at all. R is working fine, but every time I start RStudio I receive the following error message:

I tried older versions of RStudio and reinstalled R to no avail.

I am also struggling with this issue. R works fine, but R studio keeps giving me this error code.
