Manipulating the Factorial ANOVA

How can I manipulate the data set for a 4x4 Factorial ANOVA in order to create the following situations:

  1. At least 1 significant main effect but non-significant interaction
  2. Non-significant main effects but significant interaction

Is there a method or a principle in these kinds of manipulations? I understand the concepts, but struggle to learn how to deliberately create such situations.

Thank you for your help.
